If you are thinking of coming along to an activity for the first time, take a look at these five quick tips to make sure that you get the best out of your visit.
1) If you have not attended a session before and are unsure about whether or not it will be right for you, don’t be afraid to give the instructor or Forever Active East Herts a call to discuss the class in more detail.
2) You will be asked to fill in a participant registration form when you attend a Forever Active class for the first time. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will be used solely for monitoring and evaluation purposes or in the event of an emergency.
4) Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear such as trainers when attending any Forever Active East Herts class.
5) Don’t eat anything for at least one hour before exercising and bring a drink with you to any session, as it’s important to stay hydrated. If you have asthma or angina, you must also bring your inhaler/GTN spray to the session.
